MONACO AUTO — SHIPPING POLICY

Last Updated: August 15, 2026

This Shipping Policy applies to orders purchased from Monaco Auto (“Monaco Auto,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By placing an order requiring shipment, you agree to this Shipping Policy together with our Terms of Service and other applicable policies.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed as quickly as reasonably possible.

Processing time is separate from shipping or transit time.

Orders may require additional processing time due to:

  • order volume;
  • product size;
  • special packaging requirements;
  • address verification;
  • payment verification;
  • product availability; or
  • other circumstances reasonably necessary to prepare the shipment.

An order confirmation does not mean that an order has already shipped.

Once an order has been handed to the applicable carrier, tracking information may be provided where available.

2. SHIPPING ESTIMATES

Any processing, shipping, transit, or delivery time displayed or communicated by Monaco Auto is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Actual delivery times may be affected by carrier operations, weather, transportation disruptions, remote destinations, peak shipping periods, customs, incorrect addresses, oversized shipments, or other circumstances outside Monaco Auto’s reasonable control.

If you need a product by a specific date, contact Monaco Auto before ordering. Do not assume an estimated delivery date is guaranteed.

3. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges may depend on:

  • destination;
  • package dimensions;
  • package weight;
  • number of products;
  • carrier;
  • service level; and
  • whether the product requires oversized or special handling.

Large automotive components such as bumpers, splitters, diffusers, trunks, hoods, fenders, side skirts, spoilers, and other body components may require oversized shipping.

Where the website cannot accurately calculate shipping for a particular order, Monaco Auto may contact the customer before shipment to arrange an appropriate shipping method or address a material shipping-rate error, subject to applicable law.

4. OVERSIZED PRODUCTS

Automotive body parts are often significantly larger than ordinary parcels.

Oversized products may:

  • ship separately from other products in the same order;
  • use a different carrier;
  • require additional handling;
  • arrive on a different day from other products;
  • require a signature;
  • require freight or specialized delivery; or
  • have different tracking information.

Multiple tracking numbers may therefore be provided for a single order.

5. SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

This includes, where applicable:

  • unit or apartment number;
  • street address;
  • city;
  • province or state;
  • postal or ZIP code;
  • recipient name;
  • telephone number; and
  • any information reasonably necessary for delivery.

Customers should review their shipping information before submitting an order.

If you notice an address error, contact Monaco Auto as soon as possible.

Monaco Auto cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfilment or has been transferred to a carrier.

6. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Where legally permitted, customers may be responsible for reasonable additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address they supplied.

This may include carrier address-correction charges, return-to-sender charges, and the cost of reshipping an order.

Monaco Auto is not responsible for delivery problems resulting directly from materially incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer, except where otherwise required by law.

7. TRACKING

Tracking information will be provided where available.

Tracking information is generated and updated by the applicable carrier and may not update immediately after the shipment leaves Monaco Auto.

A temporary lack of tracking updates does not necessarily mean that the shipment has been lost.

Customers should allow reasonable time for carrier tracking systems to update.

8. DELIVERY

Depending on the carrier, delivery may occur to a:

  • residence;
  • business;
  • front door or other safe location;
  • concierge;
  • reception desk;
  • parcel locker;
  • community mailbox;
  • pickup location; or
  • other location authorized under the carrier’s delivery procedures.

Signature requirements may vary depending on the order and shipping service.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and making reasonable arrangements to receive shipments.

9. DELIVERY OF LARGE BODY PARTS

Customers receiving large or oversized automotive parts should inspect the shipment as soon as reasonably possible.

Where practical, inspect the outer packaging before discarding it.

If there is visible damage to the package, photograph it before opening.

When opening a potentially damaged shipment, retain the packaging until the product has been inspected.

For large body parts, Monaco Auto strongly recommends checking the entire component for cracks, bends, punctures, deformation, broken mounting tabs, or other visible transportation damage promptly after delivery.

10. SHIPPING DAMAGE

If an order arrives damaged, contact Monaco Auto as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the damage.

Do not install, drill, cut, trim, sand, paint, wrap, bond, repair, or otherwise modify a product that you intend to claim was damaged during shipping before contacting Monaco Auto.

Customers may be asked to provide reasonable documentation including:

  • photographs of the entire product;
  • close-up photographs of the damage;
  • photographs of the shipping box or packaging;
  • photographs showing damage to the packaging;
  • photographs of the shipping label; and
  • video or additional photographs where reasonably necessary.

Keep all packaging, inserts, protective material, and shipping labels until Monaco Auto confirms they are no longer required.

This evidence may be necessary to determine what happened and to pursue a claim with the carrier.

Failure to preserve evidence may affect Monaco Auto’s ability to verify or pursue a shipping claim, although nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot legally be restricted.

11. DO NOT INSTALL A DAMAGED PRODUCT

Customers should fully inspect products before installation.

If a product appears damaged, incorrect, or materially defective, stop and contact Monaco Auto before permanent installation.

Installation or modification of an obviously damaged product may make it difficult to determine whether damage occurred during shipping, installation, or subsequent use.

12. MISSING ITEMS

If an order appears to be missing an item, first check whether multiple tracking numbers were provided.

Products from the same order may ship separately.

If all shipments show as delivered and an item is still missing, contact Monaco Auto with the order number and details of the missing item.

Monaco Auto will review the order and shipment information before determining the appropriate next step.

13. PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, first check:

  • around the delivery location;
  • with household members;
  • with reception or concierge staff;
  • parcel lockers;
  • community mailboxes;
  • neighbouring delivery locations where appropriate; and
  • any delivery photograph or notice supplied by the carrier.

Contact Monaco Auto if the shipment still cannot be located.

Monaco Auto may open an investigation with the applicable carrier and may require additional information from the customer.

A carrier marking a shipment as delivered does not automatically determine the outcome of a claim. Each situation may be reviewed based on the available evidence and applicable law.

14. LOST SHIPMENTS

A shipment experiencing a delay or temporary tracking gap is not automatically considered lost.

If a shipment has not arrived within a reasonable period, Monaco Auto may contact or file a claim with the carrier.

Where a shipment is confirmed lost, Monaco Auto will provide an appropriate remedy consistent with the circumstances and applicable law.

Do not initiate duplicate claims with multiple parties where doing so would interfere with an active carrier investigation.

15. REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect a shipment and the package is returned to Monaco Auto, the order will be reviewed once the product has been returned.

Where permitted by law, actual shipping costs, return transportation costs, or other reasonable carrier charges resulting from an unjustified refusal or failure to collect may be deducted from an otherwise applicable discretionary refund or charged before reshipment.

Refusing a shipment does not automatically cancel an order or guarantee a full refund.

16. RETURN-TO-SENDER SHIPMENTS

If an order is returned because of:

  • an incorrect address supplied by the customer;
  • an incomplete address;
  • failure to collect the shipment;
  • unsuccessful delivery attempts; or
  • another customer-caused delivery issue,

Monaco Auto may require payment of reasonable reshipping costs before sending the order again, where permitted by law.

17. SHIPPING CHANGES AFTER PURCHASE

Requests to change the shipping address, delivery method, recipient, or shipping service after an order has been placed are not guaranteed.

Once a shipment has been transferred to a carrier, Monaco Auto may be unable to modify or redirect it.

Any additional carrier charges resulting from a customer-requested change may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

18. ORDER CANCELLATION AFTER SHIPPING

An order generally cannot be cancelled as an unshipped order after it has been transferred to the carrier.

If the customer no longer wants the product, the applicable Return & Refund Policy will apply once the shipment is received, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Shipping charges already incurred may be non-refundable for discretionary returns.

19. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Where international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for providing all information reasonably required for customs clearance.

International shipments may be subject to customs processing, duties, taxes, brokerage charges, import restrictions, or other government requirements.

Unless Monaco Auto expressly states that duties and taxes are included, the recipient may be responsible for applicable import charges imposed by the destination jurisdiction or carrier.

Monaco Auto does not control customs processing times.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product may lawfully be imported into and used within their jurisdiction.

20. LOCAL PICKUP

Where local pickup is offered, customers will receive or arrange pickup information through Monaco Auto.

Do not arrive for pickup until the order has been confirmed as ready or a pickup time has been arranged.

Customers should inspect the product at pickup where reasonably practical, particularly large exterior body parts.

Taking possession confirms receipt of the product and its apparent condition at the time of pickup but does not waive rights relating to latent defects or other rights that cannot legally be waived.

Orders designated for local pickup are not considered shipped orders.

21. THIRD-PARTY CARRIERS

Monaco Auto uses independent shipping and logistics providers.

Carrier services are subject to their own operational procedures.

However, customers who purchased from Monaco Auto should contact Monaco Auto regarding problems with their Monaco Auto order rather than being passed between businesses unnecessarily.

Monaco Auto will work with the customer and carrier as appropriate to investigate legitimate shipping issues.

22. DELAYS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL

Monaco Auto is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances reasonably outside its control, including severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, carrier network interruptions, labour disruptions, customs delays, government actions, road closures, emergencies, or similar events.

This provision does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

23. FRAUDULENT SHIPPING CLAIMS

Monaco Auto reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent claims involving alleged non-delivery, shipping damage, missing products, altered evidence, or other misrepresentation.

Relevant order, tracking, delivery, communication, and photographic records may be provided to payment processors, carriers, insurers, financial institutions, or authorities where reasonably necessary and legally permitted.

Legitimate customer claims will not be treated as fraudulent merely because a carrier initially disputes the claim.

24. RETURNS

Shipping a product back to Monaco Auto does not automatically mean that a return or refund has been approved.

All returns are governed by Monaco Auto’s Return & Refund Policy.

Customers should obtain return instructions before sending products back unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Unauthorized or incorrectly addressed returns may experience delays.

25. POLICY RELATIONSHIP

This Shipping Policy should be read together with Monaco Auto’s:

  • Terms of Service;
  • Return & Refund Policy;
  • Privacy Policy;
  • Legal Notice; and
  • Warranty Policy, where applicable.

If a specific written policy applies more directly to an issue, that policy will govern the issue to the extent permitted by law.
